Returns & Exchanges

In the event you'd like to return or exchange an item, we want to make it as hassle-free as possible.  Just submit a request within 30 days and we will return or exchange it for you, no questions asked.

To initiate an exchange or return, use our self-service return center:

We don't accept returns if:

  • Your item was received as a giveaway or promotion.
  • Your item was purchased with a gift card.
  • You purchased a final sale item.

If you are unsure if your item is returnable, please e-mail or start a conversation with us by clicking on the chat box at the bottom right corner of our site. We'll be happy to answer any questions for you.  

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all shipping costs unless the reason for your return is due to a damaged, misprinted, or defective item.    

We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.  To help avoid this, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

In the unlikely event (sorry about that!) you have received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please e-mail us within 5 days of receiving the product so we can get you another one. Please include your order number, contact information, details of the issue (including photos if possible).  After approving your return, we will e-mail you a return label at our expense so you can return the item to us.

If the mail courier is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to us and you will be notified once we receive it.  Within 5 days you will need to confirm your correct address, as well as pay the charges for reshipping your package.


You will receive notification of your refund no more than 3 business days after your package has been received.

Once your return is approved, you will receive email notification that your payment source has been credited.  Please allow 3-5 days for processing.


Due to the possibility of our products selling out, we recommend that you place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
