In the event you'd like to return or exchange an item, we want to make it as hassle-free as possible. Just submit a request within 30 days and we will return or exchange it for you, no questions asked.
To initiate an exchange or return, please chat with us or send us an e-mail.
Once we've received your return, we'll promptly issue your refund. You'll receive notification within 48 hours of us receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to post to your original payment method.
We don't accept returns if:
- Your item was received as a giveaway or promotion.
- Your item was purchased with a gift card.
- Your item was customized (such as custom T-Shirts or ID tag engraving).
Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges, however customer is responsible for shipping.
Our goal is to make your exchange as easy as possible. Just let us know how we can help and we'll take care of you immediately. Need a different size? No problem. We'll send you a new one the same day, and include a complimentary return label for your exchange (customer is responsible for shipping of final sale exchanges).
In the unlikely event (sorry about that!) you have received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please e-mail us or chat with us (lower right corner of the site) within 5 days of receiving the product so we can get you another one. Please include your order number, contact information, details of the issue (including photos if possible). After approving your return, we will e-mail you a return label at our expense so you can return the item to us.
If the mail courier is unable to deliver your package as a result of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us and you will be notified once we receive it. Within 5 days you will need to confirm your correct address, as well as pay the charges for reshipping your package.
