SIZING

How do I know what size to order FOR MY DOG?

Our dog apparel is designed to fit many breeds, with special consideration for the unique sizing needs of compact breeds like French bulldogs, pugs, Boston terriers, and corgis. We recommend measuring and referring to our size guide to be sure. If in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Rest assured that we're more than happy to exchange an item if you accidentally order the wrong size.  

Some customers prefer to order two different sizes and then return one. If that's something you're interested in, please order the two sizes you'd like to try, and mention it in your order notes. We'll include a complimentary label to return whichever item you don't need and refund it as soon as we've received notification that you've shipped it back to us.

What do I do if MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT?

Need a different size? No problem. Just shoot us an e-mail or initiate a chat (lower right corner of the site), and we'll send you a new one the same day, and include a complimentary return label for your exchange.

Occasionally pups are slightly in between sizes, and we can make modifications until we get you the perfect fit.  

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER FOR MYSELF?

Our dog parent apparel runs true to size, so generally your normal size should be accurate. We recommend referring to our size guide to be sure.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return and eXCHANGE policy?  HOW DO I INITIATE IT?

In the event you'd like to return or exchange an item, we want to make it as hassle-free as possible. Just submit a request within 30 days and we will return or exchange it for you, no questions asked.

To initiate an exchange or return, send us an e-mail or use our self-service return center.

how do you handle RETURNS?

Once we've received your return, we'll promptly issue your refund. You'll receive notification within 48 hours of us receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to post to your original payment method.

We don't accept returns if:

  • Your item was received as a giveaway or promotion.
  • Your item was purchased with a gift card.
  • You purchased a final sale item.

how do you handle EXCHANGES?

Our goal is to make your exchange as easy as possible. Just let us know how we can help and we'll take care of you immediately. Need a different size? No problem. We'll send you a new one the same day, and include a complimentary return label for your exchange.  

what do i do if my item is DAMAGed or undeliverable?

In the unlikely event (sorry about that!) you have received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please e-mail us or chat with us (lower right corner of the site) within 5 days of receiving the product so we can get you another one. Please include your order number, contact information, details of the issue (including photos if possible). After approving your return, we will e-mail you a return label at our expense so you can return the item to us.

If the mail courier is unable to deliver your package as a result of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us and you will be notified once we receive it. Within 5 days you will need to confirm your correct address, as well as pay the charges for reshipping your package. Our checkout allows auto-fill for convenience, so please be sure to double check your address.

When will my order ship?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible.

Dog products are shipped within 24 hours (generally same day before 5:00 PM PST Monday-Friday and 2:00 PST Saturday).

Dog parent products are made to order, so they require a couple extra days for processing.

Do you offer free shipping?  how long will it take?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders and free shipping on International orders over $75. We also offer expedited options which are calculated based on weight and destination.

How do I track my Order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail which contains your tracking information. You'll also receive updates when your order is out for delivery, and delivered. Generally, tracking information is available and updated the same day your order ships, but occasionally it can take a day or two depending on when it's scanned. Rest assured that your order is still on it's way.

Where is my package?

If your tracking information hasn't been updated recently, don't worry. Occasionally postal carriers don't regularly scan packages and update their progress, but your package is still on the way.

For international orders, your package may move between multiple carriers, and as a result, tracking information may not update until it's been delivered or if there's an exception (such as duties owed). We recommend checking our tracking page regularly to make sure you don't miss any attempted deliveries or duties owed notices. If you need help, we're always happy to contact the carrier on your behalf.

are Customs duties/taxes included?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, but are relatively rare. Any such additional fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery.  

Where do you ship from?

Our dog apparel ships from our warehouse in Nevada. Our dog parent items ship from California, North Carolina or Latvia, depending on the proximity to your location. We strive to get your items to you as soon as possible, and as a result you may receive more than one package for your order.  

PRODUCT CARE

How do I wash my items?

We recommend following the care instructions on the label of each item. This varies depending on the type of product.  

For dog apparel specifically, our recommended method is to gently hand wash your items in warm water with a hypoallergenic pet friendly soap/detergent, and air dry. If you prefer to use a washing machine, please be sure to use cold water on the delicates cycle. If you decide to wash your items using this method, please air dry - please do not place them in the dryer.

how do i reverse my reversible harness?

  1. Unbuckle the chest strap from your harness.
  2. Turn your harness inside out.
  3. Grab both buckles and turn the chest strap until the branded side of the buckle is facing the opposite way.
  4. Pull the middle strap attached to the neck of the harness through the metal D-ring.
  5. Re-attach the chest strap to the two branded buckles, and feed it through the loop of the middle strap attached to the neck portion of your reversible harness.

how should I store my items?

We recommend hanging your items or keeping them out of reach to guarantee your dog can't potentially chew on the buckles.

What materials do you use for your dog apparel?

We use ultra soft, high quality neoprene and breathable mesh to keep your pup cool and comfortable all year round.

How do I sign up?

If you’re a current customer with an account, you’re already a member! Just Login to your account and view what points you’ve already earned. If you're new to Oui Oui Frenchie, or have never made an account, just click this Rewards link. Fill out your name and email, and then click create.

How do I check my points?

Login to the site and then click the Rewards link. A panel will appear at the bottom left displaying your current point total. It will also show you what your next reward is, and how close you are to achieving it.

How do I use my points?

Rewards are earned when you’ve collected a certain number of points. Your first reward is a $5 discount for 500 Paw Points. Your rewards will appear when you check out under coupon codes. Each reward can be used once, and there's no limit to how much you can earn!

How do I refer friends?

Click the Rewards link. A panel will appear at the bottom left. Scroll down and you will see a box with a web address link in it. Share your link by clicking one of the social options: Facebook, Twitter, or e-mail.

AFTERPAY

What is afterpay?

Afterpay gives customers the option of making purchases now and paying for them in 4 equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Where can I use afterpay?

Afterpay can be used to shop on ouiouifrenchie.com and many other sites that accept it. Check out their directory here. 

How do I use afterpay?

Fill your cart with between $35 and $1,000 worth of goodies and check out as usual. During checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay site to register and provide your payment details (Mastercard or Visa). If you've used Afterpay in the past, just log in to your account. Complete your order and you're done!

What if I can't pay an afterpay installment?

If you're unable to make an installment payment, you will be charged an $8 late fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. You can read more about the Afterpay purchase agreement here.

When will my items be delivered?

Afterpay orders will be delivered just as quickly as any other orders. As always, U.S. shipping is free.

Are international customers eligible?

Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address. Customers with an international billing address will unfortunately not be able to create an Afterpay account at this time.

How does the payment schedule work?

Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The 3 remaining payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your chosen payment method. If you'd like to make additional payments before they're due, you can do so by logging into Afterpay.

You can log in to your account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment.

How do i return or exchange an item purchased using afterpay?

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process here. Refunds from Afterpay will be refunded from Oui Oui Frenchie to Afterpay. As soon as the refund is processed it will be credited to your Afterpay online account.
